my finished calorie counter that works and successfully calculates a persons bmr and how much more or less calories they should eat using the help of miss Sikora. i also have used option buttons and spinner buttons o choose your gender your height,weight and age. i have also calculated the persons bmr by using these formulas you can see this in the top right of the picture.
BMR = 10 * weight(kg) + 6.25 * height(cm) - 5 * age(y) + 5 (man)BMR = 10 * weight(kg) + 6.25 * height(cm) - 5 * age(y) - 161 (woman)i also have used =sum to calculate how much they eat and how much they should eat. also to calculate how much they over eat or under eat i subtracted how much they eat from how much they should eat.also with what ifs i said that if all they eat is junk food then they should eat less, and more if they are under eating.you can also see this at the pictures, the 1st is showing how if they are eating too much a message is displayed in the top right corner. and if they are under eating the message again displays in the top right corner.
